Since 2009
Saving Dogs at the Program Level
The National Dog Rescue Network was founded in 2009 with the mission of advocating for the rights and welfare of dogs, and providing enterprise-scale communications for animal rights organizations and no-kill shelters. We work to promote responsible dog ownership and develop programs in support of organizations that protect dogs from abuse, neglect, and cruelty.
Through our lobbying efforts, we have helped to enact laws and policies that strengthen animal welfare protections in Colorado, and we have worked with legislators and other stakeholders to promote greater awareness of the issues facing dogs and their owners.
Our efforts involve a variety of educational and outreach activities, including public awareness campaigns, training programs for dog owners, BSL repeals & awareness, and community events that support the welfare and rights of dogs around the world.
As we look to the future, we remain committed to our mission and to the welfare of dogs everywhere. We will continue to be a strong and effective voice for these beloved animals, and we will work tirelessly to ensure that they are treated with the compassion and respect they deserve.
